Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to meet evolving business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with backend and frontend development technologies related to Python Frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable code architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
