Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.
Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
We are seeking a Transcend Deploy Sr Analyst Procure-to-Pay located in Athens, Georgia with an alternative location in Titusville, New Jersey.
A pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered.
Role Purpose
The Deploy Sr Analyst – Procure-to-Pay (P2P) provides advanced hands-on expertise supporting the global deployment of Plan and Source capabilities within the Transcend SAP S/4HANA program.
Global Template Deployment
Support the implementation of the pre-defined global P2P process template across regions and business units, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards.
Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Execution, IT, Validation, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure end-to-end integration and deployment.
Act as a primary functional escalation point for P2P-related topics within Transcend.
Partner with system integrators and satellite system owners to ensure compliant, auditable, and sustainable integrations.
Solution Delivery & Validation
Support detailed solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy (including GxP and CSV compliance), and business process walkthroughs.
Supervise and support functional testing, validation support, and hypercare activities for P2P capabilities in alignment with GxP and CSV expectations.
Change Management & Training
Support creation and delivery of training materials and process documentation tailored to the needs of regulated users and business partners.
Ensure issues are resolved and lessons learned are incorporated into continuous improvement of the global template.
Qualifications
Education:
University degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Required:
A minimum 4 years of proven experience.
Extensive experience in planning and/or procurement processes within GxP-regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA planning and procurement workflows.
Confirmed experience leading or supporting SAP implementations subject to Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulatory inspection.
Preferred:
Proficiency with SAP tools including S/4HANA modules relevant to planning and procurement, (i.e. Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, External Contract Manufacturing/Procurement), Fiori, or Solution Manager.
Prior involvement in global ERP transformations within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
Demonstrated experience supporting global process implementations, system deployments, and business transformation initiatives.
Other:
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.
