Join us to work as a Manufacturing Reinvention & Operational Excellence Consultant and become part of business transformation and implementation projects for leading industrial clients.

You will help organizations transform manufacturing operations by improving production performance, operational efficiency and workforce enablement. Working closely with production, engineering and operations teams, you will support initiatives focused on modernizing factory operations, increasing operational visibility and accelerating digital manufacturing transformation.

You will work in a dynamic project environment and gain exposure to initiatives covering production execution, operational excellence, smart factory capabilities and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients

• Functional knowledge of SAP that allows proposing best practice configurations

• Understanding dependencies, e.g. BOM and Serialization

• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)

• Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)

• Excellent communication skills in English is a must

• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Relevant knowledge from any other Equipment-heavy industry

• Jira and Confluence proficiency

• German, French

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.    

• The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
