Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, sports, and work-related injuries.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and helping patients safely return to work and daily activities.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement training.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, employers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license.
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and workers' compensation.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
