As a Therapist, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling services in a supportive residential setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful recovery and long-term success.

Licensure Support & Professional Growth

What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to adults in a residential treatment setting
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups that support recovery and skill development
- Collaborate with residential staff, medical providers, case managers, and community partners to coordinate care
- Support clients in achieving treatment goals, improving daily functioning, and increasing independence
- Identify and respond to crisis situations while utilizing appropriate interventions
- Make referrals and coordinate access to additional services and community resources when needed
- Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to client-centered care planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field
- Current Missouri licensure as one of the following:
- PLPC
- LPC
- LMSW
- LCSW
- Experience working with adults experiencing mental health, behavioral health, or co-occurring conditions
- Experience in residential treatment, community mental health, or crisis services
- Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
