Experience with architecture reviews, platform standards, partner oversight, and technical debt reduction ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ITIL v4 Certification
