📋 Tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer / DevOps Engineer with strong Python expertise, solid cloud architecture skills and a pragmatic approach to building scalable solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the technical development of digital applications and services, with a strong focus on clean implementation, sustainable architecture and operational excellence.

Task objectives:
- Contribute to the technical build of applications, including APIs, user experience, frontend and backend components, data platforms and overall architecture, in close collaboration with the IT lead.
- Act as a senior technical advisor by helping define the most suitable technologies, tools and architectures for each initiative.
- Support business analysis with technical input and feasibility insights.
- Introduce and apply best practices to ensure long-term scalability, maintainability and reusability across modules.
- Promote high-quality development standards through documentation, structured coding practices and craftsmanship.
- Contribute to AI-based regression testing and practical automation initiatives.
Task deliverables & milestones:
- Maintain and develop Python web services.
- Maintain, improve and extend CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with other IT colleagues to ensure smooth communication between services.
- Support teams such as risk and data analytics by building tailored technical solutions and automating selected tasks.
- Help shape processes and workflows by providing technical guidance and advising on robust long-term solutions.

You bring experience as a senior full-stack developer and combine hands-on engineering skills with a strong DevOps and cloud mindset.
Essential technical skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Python, including modern backend development.
- Strong experience with FastAPI.
- Solid command of PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Hands-on knowledge of ArgoCD and CI/CD practices.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, including cloud infrastructure and deployment services.

- Understanding of B2B trade is a plus; knowledge of trade credit insurance is an asset.
