Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Regional Product Management, Loyalty OffersOVERVIEWThe Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) team delivers scalable, data-driven loyalty and engagement solutions that create value for cardholders, Issuers and merchants. Mastercard Travel Rewards (MTR) is a flagship cross-border loyalty program within the Offers product portfolio, driving incremental spend & engagement across Issuers and merchants. Card Linked Services (CLS) is another key solution that enables brands to innovate and grow loyalty programs through the power of qualifying transactions.
This role is responsible for enabling teams across AP to successfully run and grow MTR & CLS. You will act as the bridge between global product, regional product, and local market teams — ensuring the products are commercially compelling, operationally sound, and consistently delivered across markets.
The Product role will focus on regional commercialization, Issuer enablement, program performance, operational readiness, incident & escalation management, and continuous refinement of the strategy based on market insights.
The position reports to the Regional Offers Director and works closely with Regional & Global Product teams, alongside Sales, Solution Engineering, Product Delivery, and support functions including Legal, Data Privacy, Finance and Customer Service.________________________________________
ROLE
Drive Regional Commercialization & Country Enablement
• Support AP country teams in growing Offers products, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and revenue objectives
• Develop and maintain GTM toolkits, Issuer-facing materials, pricing guidance and best-practice playbooks
• Partner with country teams during Issuer engagements, supporting opportunity shaping and solution
• Work closely with Delivery, Solution Engineering, Project Manager to ensure smooth & timely implementations
Translate Product Strategy into Actionable Market Plans
• Localize global product strategy and ensure market readiness across AP
• Identify country-specific requirements, regulatory & privacy considerations, and client needs to inform regional strategy
• Support the development of business cases and revenue models to drive adoption and retention
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with global product, engineering, solution engineering and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation & launch
• Provide structured market feedback to influence roadmap priorities and platform enhancements
• Ensure consistent client experience & delivery quality across markets
Product Performance & Operational Management
• Analyze program performance, cardholder adoption, redemption trends and market-level KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Lead incident and escalation management, coordinating cross-functional remediation and stakeholder communications
• Consolidate learnings and build reusable case studies to accelerate regional scaling
Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
• Maintain a working understanding of competitive offerings, market trends and emerging opportunities in loyalty and merchant-funded offers programs
• Equip country teams with insights to strengthen product positioning & go to market plans

All About You
• Experience in product management or product commercialization — ideally within payments, loyalty, or customer engagement solutions
• Experience with card-linked offers, cross-border programs, or Issuer-facing products is an advantage
• Strong ability to translate strategy into practical, market-ready execution plans
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills; confident engaging clients and senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders with high ownership and accountability
