## About this Role

We are seeking a Business Assurance Specialist to support revenue and margin assurance across Vodafone’s Fixed and Enterprise business. You will identify leakage risks, validate billing accuracy, monitor controls and help implement effective remediation actions. This India-based role reports to the Business Assurance Manager and works closely with teams across Finance, Commercial, Billing, Product, Technology and Operations.

## What you’ll do

Perform assurance checks across billing, revenue, margin and control processes.

Identify revenue leakage, under-billing and margin erosion risks.

Analyse data, investigate exceptions and contribute to root-cause resolution.

Maintain supporting evidence for SOX, audit and compliance requirements.

Track remediation actions, financial recoveries and leakage-prevention initiatives.

Prepare clear reports, dashboards and progress updates for stakeholders.

Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Billing, Product, Technology and Operations teams to resolve assurance issues.

## Who you are

You have strong analytical, problem-solving and data-interpretation skills

You understand revenue assurance, margin assurance, financial controls or audit practices

You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Alteryx or comparable data tools is desirable.

You communicate clearly and can build effective working relationships with stakeholders.

You can manage competing priorities and work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

You hold a graduate qualification in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline

Experience in telecommunications, billing, revenue assurance, audit or financial controls is preferred.
