Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Analyst (Level 2 / 3). This position will be located in Clearfield, Utah and will support the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Sustainment (ICBM-S) program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Configuration and Data Management Analyst role involves development of solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Will work under general supervision. Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Support the implementation of Configuration and Data Management activities using our Product Data Management tools such as SharePoint and Common Product Lifecycle Management (CPLM).
  • Assist in building and managing program Configuration and Data Management systems and tools, libraries, workflows, and processes.
  • Strong communication skills and able to support the Government Customer as well as all levels of management and the program teams.
  • Responsible for ensuring program data has been approved, distributed, and managed appropriately in accordance with sector and program approved processes, as well as any customer deliverables such as Data Accession Lists (DAL).
  • Validate data and verify that the data is consistent with existing procedures and guidelines, as well as security markings. Analyze and validate data deliverables to ensure contract data requirements are in compliance.
  • Provide inputs into program level metrics to benchmark effectiveness of Configuration and Data Management performance.
  • Support and work closely with the program, customer representatives, functional organizations, Contracts, and suppliers to ensure that program Configuration and Data Management processes are accurately implemented.
  • Coordinate with program teams to ensure document content is complete, compliant with Data Item Description (DID) requirements and within contractual due dates

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • (Level 2) - 2 Years of experience with Bachelor’s degree; 0 Year with Masters; An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • (Level 3) - Principal Configuration Analyst: 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD; An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience working with teams and successfully meeting deadlines.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Common Product Lifecycle Management (CPLM) and Teamcenter.
  • Knowledge and understanding of both Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) requirements.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $81,900.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
