Project Info
Join ACCIONA and be part of a team delivering one of New Zealand's most significant transport infrastructure projects. The Northland Corridor Warkworth to Te Hana - Ara Tūhono project will enhance connectivity, improve safety and support regional growth, leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.
Key Accountabilities
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time
- Post journals and maintain ledgers within the accounting system
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support preparation of budget submissions and financial reports
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors
- Apply financial controls and compliance requirements consistently
- Respond promptly to internal and external finance queries
Required Skills and Competencies
- Certificate, diploma or degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
- Experience in accounts payable, finance admin or bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable processes
