- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to support business needs and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure data solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service).
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and management solutions.
- Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data quality assurance and validation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues effectively.
- Knowledge of scalable data processing frameworks and best practices.
