We're looking for experienced Dispatchers to join our team.  This position will coordinate service calls, communicate with technicians and customers to help ensure jobs are shceduled and completed efficiently. 

 

Starting Pay: $18/hr, increasing to $19/hr. after 90 days of employment.

Full-time, year-round work

 

Schedule: 

• Must be available to work every other weekend
• Shift start times may vary between 11am and 1pm
• Shift end times may vary between 8Pm and 9:30pm, with the possibility of working until 10pm
• Specific shift times may vary based on business need

Responsibilities

Key Reponsibilities:

• Dispatch technicians based on location, availability and service needs
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates
• Monitor schedules and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate service and customer information.
• Work closely with other departments to help resolve service issues.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Previous dispatch and scheduling experience REQUIRED

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize

• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment

• Strong computer and data-entry skills

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed

• Must pass background check and drug screening
