Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Zerspanung/CNC-Drehen - befristet auf 12 Monate

In Ihrer Rolle als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Zerspanung/CNC-Drehen sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Drehteilen, Pflege, Wartung und vorbeugende Instandhaltung der Maschine verantwortlich.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Herstellung von Drehteilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan, Erfassen von Bearbeitungs- und Rüstzeit,
• Einrichten und Spannen der Fertigungsteile
• Erstellen oder anpassen von Programmen im Rahmen Werkstattprogrammierung
• Werkzeugvoreinstellung mittels Voreinstellgerät UNO 20/40
• Allgemeine Pflege des Werkzeugmagazin und Standardwerkzeugbelegung, Werkzeugkorrekturen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Steuerung und Bedienung der Drehmaschine
• Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle (gem. Anweisung Werker-Selbstprüfung)
• Durchführung vorgegebener Prüfungen nach Arbeitsplan
• Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungen nach Wartungsplan
• Unterweisung sowie Einarbeitung von externem Personal

 
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf; vorzugsweise Drehen (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d)
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen.
• Erfahrung mit Steuerung Heidenhain CNC Pilot 640
• Sicherer Umgang mit berufsspezifischen Arbeits-, Prüf- und Messmitteln
• Kenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office
• Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2- oder 3-Schicht-Rhythmus je nach Auslastung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens auf B1-Niveau) sind erforderlich.
