Advanced Stock/Receiving Associate

M9 Solutions is seeking an Advanced Stock/Receiving Associate to work onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Canonsburg, PA. An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials and products.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and timely availability for production and sales.
• Maintaining organized storage areas, processing shipments, and collaborating with team members to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Performing the physical and administrative tasks involved in receiving, storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Accurately completing paperwork or system transactions applicable to functions such as receipts or issues.
• Researching material shortages and supporting problem-solving resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, plus a minimum of 4 years of related experience. 
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate a forklift or other power industrial vehicles.
• Good computer skills with knowledge of the enterprise software tools (MRP, Receiving) and associated data.
• Clear knowledge of material receiving, control, and inventory methodology.
• Clear knowledge of Government Customer Property Control.
• Great communication skills with team members and occasionally with contacts outside the organization.
• Ability to support continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to handle and process classified material.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
