The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial and results-oriented Sales Specialist to accelerate the growth of our Dental Solutions business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and is energized by exceeding targets. You will work closely with dentists, key opinion leaders, distributors, and clinical stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions that improve clinical outcomes and practice efficiency.

What You'll Do
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening Solventum's presence within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed annual sales targets, business objectives, and territory growth goals.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Build strong partnerships with dentists, specialists, dental groups, hospitals, institutions, and distribution partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote Solventum Dental solutions through persuasive value-based selling.
- Drive adoption of new products and marketing initiatives within the market.
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce.com) to manage opportunities, customer engagement activities, and sales forecasting.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Professional Education, and Channel Partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Support and participate in scientific education programs, product launches, workshops, and customer training events.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting, pipeline management, and business reviews.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Healthcare, Dentistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or dental products.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing distributor or channel partner relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across functions.
- Strong planning, organizational, and account management capabilities.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the dental industry or oral care market.
- Knowledge of restorative, preventive, digital dentistry, or orthodontic solutions.
- Experience working with dental clinics, DSOs, hospitals, universities, or government accounts.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations, workshops, or professional education programs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms.
