Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, data management, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Organize, maintain, and update paper and electronic filing systems
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
- Order and track office supplies as needed
- Assist with employee communication and engagement initiatives
- Maintain employee records and support administrative HR functions
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects
- Ensure office records and documentation remain accurate and up to date
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
