Summarized Purpose:
Manages complex translation project process flows throughout its complete life cycle. Assigns and manages the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.
Essential Functions and Other Job Information:
Implements complex project requirements, and proposing best customer project solutions.
Plans, schedules, and performs risk management of complex projects.
Tracks project progress to ensure quality, deliveries, and cost remain within the
agreed scope.
Manages day to day relationship with client on complex project matters;
including status reports/meetings and project solutions.
Facilitates effective communcation with project team.
Ensures completion of all project-driven administation and financial processes.
Collects KPI data for assigned clients.
Drives innovation to project the project managment process.
Job Complexity Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of
