Description
Markon is seeking a Systems Integrator to support a government customer by coordinating technical projects, Agile activities, procurement, logistics, and equipment deployment. This position works closely with engineering, logistics, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements, equipment, and resources are effectively tracked and coordinated from planning through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily Scrum meetings and support Agile project execution across the team.
- Manage sprints, epics, stories, and project tasks within ServiceNow.
- Track project activities, requirements, action items, and deliverables to support timely execution.
- Submit and track equipment procurement requests through customer procurement systems.
- Manage warehouse and stockroom inventory to maintain accountability and availability of equipment.
- Coordinate the receipt and routing of procured equipment to the appropriate stockroom or storage location.
- Pull and coordinate equipment required for upcoming site deployments.
- Work with logistics personnel to coordinate accountable property movements and transfers in accordance with customer policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors as needed to support equipment procurement and project requirements.
- Participate in vendor meetings and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) alongside engineering personnel, documenting meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
- Maintain the team's Confluence site and ensure project documentation and resources remain organized and current.
- Collaborate across engineering, logistics, procurement, and other functional teams to identify and resolve integration or project execution issues.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience supporting systems integration, technical project coordination, program integration, or a related function.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including supporting Scrum ceremonies and managing sprints, epics, stories, and tasks.
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar workflow/project management platform.
- Experience coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory, or accountable property activities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and competing priorities.
- Experience using Confluence or similar collaboration and documentation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
Salary Range
USD $200,000.00 - USD $215,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
