Our Special Project Specialist supports the mission of the Treatment Collaborative for Traumatized Youth (TCTY). This role is pivotal in advancing evidence-based trauma treatment across the region through the coordination of professional development opportunities, collaborative learning initiatives, and targeted community outreach.The ideal candidate is an experienced project coordinator who excels at managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. They possess excellent organizational and communication skills, can operate both independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to improving mental health outcomes for youth and families impacted by trauma.

Plans, coordinate, implements multiple types of projects and events. Responsible for coordinating logistics, managing budgets and time lines for assigned projects and events. Facilitates project meetings with internal stakeholders to identify project/event needs, time lines and desired outcomes.Job Description
Coordinate detailed logistics with operational partners and vendors to ensure delivery of the elements required to complete a project or event. Responsible for coordinating details to ensure execution of innovative and impactful projects and events as defined by stakeholders. Work in concert with operational stakeholders, vendors, and members of the project team to ensure seamless project and event planning and execution. Responsible for coordinating communications of project deliverables or event by partnering with Marketing. Responsible for development and printing of program materials, setting up and breaking down the events. Provides day-to-day support to projects/events ensuring all deliverables are at an acceptable level of quality before proceeding to the next step. Assists in identifying and resolving problems/issues/risks. Assists in project/event post-close review to identify possible improvements for future projects. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project team and third party service providers/vendors integral to project delivery. this may include negotiation, review and execution of vendor contracts. Ensures effective communication between all members of the project team by ensuring timely and appropriate generation, collection and dissemination of project information. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a working knowledge of Visio. May require occasional travel between work sites.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, planning, or business.Minimum of two years' progressively responsible work experience, preferably in projects.
