Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for digital platform initiatives involving Optical CMS or Directus CMS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum practices, sprint management, backlog management, estimation, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery coordination. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support requirements and SR scoping, ensuring work items are clearly defined and ready for delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain and prioritize the product/project backlog.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure user stories have clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate MD (man-day) estimation and support the team in accurately estimating effort and delivery timelines.
• Manage sprint execution, monitor progress, and ensure sprint commitments are achieved.
• Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers and facilitate timely resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolution of dependencies.
• Support UAT coordination, including planning, stakeholder coordination, issue tracking, and readiness for business sign-off.
• Ensure project and Agile documentation is maintained, including sprint plans, meeting records, action items, status updates, and delivery metrics.
• Monitor Agile delivery metrics and provide regular progress and performance updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, collaboration, delivery processes, and Agile practices.
• Remove impediments and escalate issues where necessary to ensure continuous delivery.
• Promote Agile principles, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the delivery team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Mandatory: Experience working with either Optical CMS or Directus CMS platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing sprints, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Experience supporting requirements and SR scoping.
• Experience with MD (man-day) estimation and Agile delivery planning.
• Strong experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and Agile ceremonies.
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and working with business stakeholders toward sign-off.
• Strong experience in project and Agile documentation and reporting.
• Proven ability to identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
