As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will create a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, greet and assist guests, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with site personnel. Pay Rate: $24.44 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access control systems, alarms, cameras, and/or communication equipment; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when required.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, provide directions and general building information, and complete required reports, records, and shift communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
