All the Best Deli is the only authentic New York style deli in Dayton, Ohio. We have traveled the country to find All The Best traditional style food and here we are. We are a scratch kitchen and waiting for you to join us and show off your talents. Full-time positions are eligible for medical, vacation and 401(k) benefits. Must be available evenings and weekends for any position.

Assistant Kitchen Manager (full-time)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Deli and Restaurant in the heart of Washington Township. Your focus will be to deliver exceptional food and management of the kitchen which produces food for the restaurant, deli counter and catering. All while creating a culture that is fun and genuinely caring and supporting of all employees. 

Qualifications:

· High degree of culinary skills for production, cook line and catering.

· Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with co-workers.

· Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.

· Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean kitchen.

· Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize.

· Steady, stable employment track record.

· Must be available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

· Complete understanding of recipes, quality standards and presentation.

· Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.

· Assist with training, coaching and develop employees and team leaders.

· Delegate tasks to team members and provide follow-up.

· Assist in holding team members accountable for their performance and provide coaching and counseling as needed.

· Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.

· Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met.

· Complete understanding and participation in inventory and ordering.

Line cook (full-time)

 Your focus will be to deliver exceptional food and customer satisfaction - all while participating in a culture that is fun and genuinely caring and supporting of all employees. Must be available evenings and weekends.

· Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Server (part-time)

Friendly, aware, personable 

Servers are the heart and soul of every successful restaurant. Outgoing, observant and obliging, servers create the mood and dining ambiance that makes or breaks a restaurant. Delis should be fun and enjoyable. It isn’t just about the food, the service must shine. Our style of service will be upbeat and casual. We will expect (and teach) our staff to have a deep knowledge of our food menu. (preparation, history, etc.) 

Qualifications:

· Understand and practice safe food handling procedures

· Familiarity with Toast POS system 

· Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times

· Steady, stable employment track record.
