Corporate Tech Services is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience.
Team is looking for an experienced SAP Finance consultants who will contribute to the S4 implementation, support and maintenance.
This role demands comprehensive knowledge of support systems and tools including DevOps, Incident management, handling escalations, abilities to provide quick and effective workarounds and solutions to facilitate seamless and smooth functioning of the applications.
What you'll do:
Work as an Individual contributor who owns the Functional Solution design for SAP Finance in Walmart’s SAP solution (S4 and ECC).
Bring best in class consulting experience in SAP Finance and proven track record of S4 HANA implementation experience.
Ability to work independently in all phases of projects starting from business requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing (Integration, Regression, UAT), Data loads and cutover, Go live and hypercare.
Should be able to guide/mentor group of SAP FICO functional consultants and oversee their work and build solution consulting skillset.
Is responsible for Solution architecture/design for various business processes.
Brings best practice of retails and other domains and brings adoption of the same.
Bring innovative solutions, automation in SAP deployments.
Provide Recommendations to business problems with pro and cons.
Should possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in customer centric environment.
Build a good rapport with business community, cross functional teams and program leadership.
Should have strong articulation skills and stakeholder management.
Should be able to own end to end responsibility for Finance solutions being deployed in S4 HANA and existing ECC systems.
Must have hands on experience in Configuration, writing of Functional specifications, Test Management/Strategy, Deployment strategy, tool set selection.
What will you bring:
SAP Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Systems, Banking, Taxes, Treasury, Basics of Controlling (CCA, PCA), Finance Master Data.
S4 HANA experience is mandatory.
Extensive experience with FI/CO integration with other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Purchasing, Project Systems/Investment Mgmt, Material management, Indirect procurement, taxes.
Should have worked on Interfaces with banks, external parties, transmission of payment files, acknowledgments, MT940/BAI2, Lockbox collections, Org structure design.
Strong experience of middleware systems PI/PO, Dell Boomi and other market tools.
Experience of working in SAP bolt on applications like Trintech, Blackline, Coupa, Bloomberg, Acuity, and native SAP integrations of Concur, Ariba, MDG-F/S, Vertex, Swift.
Should have working experience of Finance Master Data, Transaction data migration process using various tools like BODS etc.
Ability to work on legacy/non-SAP applications/interfaces integration with SAP and various integration patterns (Flat file, idoc, ODATA, API calls).
Experience in DevOps lifecycle management (including Incident management during MEC, hypercare)
Minimum Qualifications:
B.E./ MBA/CA/ICWA with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.
Extensive knowledge of S4 HANA Implementation of FICO in reputed global organization.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in Finance.
Minimum experience of 4+ implementation projects.
Knowledge and hands-on experience across all SAP Finance modules and DevOps methodology.
Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA, Charm, ALM.
Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
