Closely monitor and track submission quality.
Eliminate redundancy process and streamline / manual processes time to time to increase productivity. Prevent UTI (unable to install cases)
Improve, explore the process and workflow.
Vetting, checking and verify the application to meet the quality of submission and strive for achieve the objective of 'complete and fit to process' submission to prevent KIV and cancellation.
Strict adherence to Policy & SOP.
Ability to review Letter of Offer and create parameter for HMDR in the system.
Online application handling Cross departmental engagement and support.
Handles all type of submission (ARM, Key, Mass, Master merchant, Biz Buddy etc.)
Send out daily Merchant daily application status report.
RCSA/CSA inquires and support
Responsible for the complete end to end onboarding process.
