Description

Who we are:

Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste—the biggest growth killer of all—and scale what works. Its proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, reveals the truth around growth and waste, and how to capitalize on it. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste.

We’d love to hear from you if:

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

Client Delivery leadership runs a large, fast-moving organization. Decisions get made in meetings and then lose momentum. Initiatives have owners but no operating cadence. Leaders spend time chasing status instead of leading the work.

This role is the operating engine behind Client Delivery leadership. You keep the leadership team organized, run the internal cadence, and drive change programs to completion. You are not staffed on client accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Run the leadership operating cadence: agendas, pre-reads, decisions captured, owners assigned, follow-through tracked.

  • Program manage internal change initiatives end to end, including process rollouts, tooling changes, and new ways of working across Client Delivery.

  • Track commitments across senior leaders and close the loop when things stall, without needing authority to do it.

  • Build and maintain the internal operating artifacts leadership relies on: trackers, status views, org and process documentation.

  • Prepare materials for executive and cross-functional reviews. Turn messy inputs into a clear one-page view of where things stand and what needs a decision.

  • Coordinate across Resource Management, Finance, Product, PMO, and RevOps to unblock work.

  • Spot friction in how the organization operates and propose the fix, not just the flag.

What we're looking for:

Non-negotiable

  • Near-native written and spoken English. You will draft executive-facing documents and run meetings with senior US leaders. Comfort in live, unscripted conversation matters as much as writing.

  • 5+ years in project or program management, ideally inside an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment.

  • High EQ. You read a room, manage up, handle senior stakeholders with competing priorities, and stay credible without being deferential.

  • Genuinely organized and diligent. Nothing you own gets dropped.

  • Adaptable, not rigid. You bring structure, but you fit the process to the business rather than forcing the business into a framework.

Strong plus

  • Experience running internal operations or a chief-of-staff style function.

  • Comfort with data. You can pull numbers, sanity check them, and explain what they mean.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing or media operations.

  • Experience supporting distributed teams across US and LATAM time zones.

What this role is not:

  • Not a client-facing account or delivery PM. You will not manage client scopes or deliverables.

  • Not a note-taker. You own outcomes, not just documentation.

  • Not a certification-driven process role. Formal methodology credentials are useful but not the point.

We operate on a flexible hybrid model, but we love seeing our team! For this role, we ask that you come into our great office in Reforma, CDMX, two days a week. This is an essential part of how we collaborate and connect, so candidates should be comfortable with this regular in-office commitment.
