Job Description:
The Treasury Policy & Advocacy (“TP&A”) Senior Analyst supports the team’s efforts in [a] advocating Bank of America’s priorities on Treasury-related regulations, including regulatory capital liquidity, and funding; [b] preparing summary materials for key stakeholders, including senior management, on regulatory developments, advocacy topics and potential impact; and [c] providing internal interpretation on capital and liquidity regulations. Additionally, the Senior Analyst is responsible for reviewing policy interpretations and ensuring our processes are both well-governed and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring proposed regulations that impact capital and liquidity management at BAC
Review policy interpretations to ensure compliance with documented processes and relevant rulemaking changes
Ensure our processes are well controlled, documented, and efficient
Drafting briefing memos and presentations for engagement with regulators and industry trade groups
Attending external industry meetings and taking detailed and comprehensive notes for leadership
Focus on operational excellence, automation and AI adoption
