Community Manager
What this job involves: As a Community Manager at JLL, you will play a vital role in enhancing the workplace experience by creating, planning, and managing physical and virtual programming at an office property. You will act as the heartbeat of the building, fostering a strong sense of community among tenants and visitors through creative social, networking, and professional events. This role combines hospitality and exceptional customer service with business acumen, tech-savviness, and marketing coordination, making it an excellent opportunity to showcase your passion for service and community building.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute a diverse calendar of property programming, including themed events, lunch-and-learns, social networking, philanthropy, and wellness activations.
- Amenity Management: Oversee and manage key property amenity spaces, including the tenant lounge, conference center, outdoor spaces, and other common areas.
- Financial Management: Plan, track, and maintain the annual property programming budget; process timely billing and provide financial reporting to the finance department and clients.
- Marketing & Communications: Create on-brand marketing collateral, design monthly newsletters, send email blasts, and manage the property’s social media accounts and tenant experience app.
- Tenant & Public Relations: Act as a prominent building ambassador, maintaining a welcoming presence in public areas and providing exemplary concierge services (coordinating reservations, gifts, and building inquiries).
- Vendor & Local Partnerships: Negotiate contracts with local vendors and retailers to secure best pricing, services, and exclusive promotions for building occupants.
- Collaborative Support: Assist property management and leasing teams with tours, welcome collateral, and integration events for new tenants.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed reports on event attendance, conference center bookings, social media engagement, and building app metrics for client review.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, hospitality, or corporate customer service
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating logistics for events (including large-scale activations) and managing budgets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, iOS functions, and digital marketing tools or software
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a natural ability to host and engage groups
- Proactive self-starter with strong time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience as a professional concierge or within a VIP retail/hospitality environment
- Familiarity with graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva or similar software) and administrative portals for property/tenant engagement applications
- Deep knowledge of local cultural, dining, and entertainment venues to provide high-end recommendations and service arrangements

Estimated compensation for this position:
77,400.00 – 77,400.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
