As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you are the critical bridge between engineering design and physical implementation. This hands-on role provides essential technical and logistical support, ensuring our Electrical Engineering team can rapidly iterate on product designs and focus on core RF and baseband challenges.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, meticulous individual who thrives on precision and practical problem-solving.

1. Prototype Assembly and Rework
- Prototyping: Develop and build physical PWA (Printed Wiring Assembly) and functional prototypes based on engineering schematics and design files.
- Rework: Execute precision soldering and modification work (reworks) on samples for Engineering teams.
2. Testing and Evaluation Support
- Conduct basic electrical and functional tests on prototypes and components under the direct guidance of the engineering team.
- Collect, log, and organize test data accurately for engineer review.
3. Lab and Logistics Management
- Material Coordination: Manage the material request and purchasing process (issuing PR/PO for new components, equipment, and prototype builds.
- Logistics: Coordinate the preparation and shipment of samples, prototypes, and test fixtures to global teams.
- Maintenance: Manage and maintain the EE lab environment, including coordinating equipment calibration/repair, organizing tools, and ensuring materials are stocked.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Hands-on Technical Ability: Demonstrated proficiency in precision soldering (surface mount/through-hole) and component assembly.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience working with common lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) for basic testing and debugging.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data collection, documentation, and managing inventory/logistics records.
- Communication & Collaboration: Capability to collaborate effectively with engineers, vendors, and remote teams to achieve project deadlines.
- Logistical Competence: Ability to manage multiple administrative and physical tasks concurrently (PR/PO generation, shipment handling).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering background (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- English proficiency preferred/a bonus.
