About the role

The Telco Sourcing Tools Owner plays a critical role in ensuring seamless integration and management of sourcing requirements within quotation tools, directly enhancing pricing accuracy and operational efficiency to strengthen Orange's market competitiveness and customer satisfaction. • Own and maintain Telco Sourcing requirements within the Global Reference Portal (GRP), ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and prioritized for development. • Collaborate with stakeholders across Telco Sourcing, Product & Marketing, Digital Technology, and Automation teams to drive features, enhancements, and bug resolutions. • Work with the CPQ team to align, prioritize, and refine User Stories for Telco Sourcing requirements; manage bug fixes and defect resolutions. • Identify and define automation opportunities within Telco Sourcing processes to reduce manual tasks, accelerate workflows, and enhance quotation precision. • Develop and align automation roadmaps with business priorities, ensuring delivery sequencing meets strategic goals. • Support integration of CPQ processes with systems to enable seamless Telco access quotations. • Ensure sourcing strategies, policies, and negotiated rates are accurately reflected in quotation automation systems to support competitive pricing. • Maintain continuous improvement of sourcing data accuracy through regular reviews and stakeholder engagement. • Act as backup for Telco Process and Automation Owners, supporting continuity of process management and automation initiatives as required. • Provide operational support for Telco sourcing tools including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. • Produce and share performance reports on sourcing tools, automation maturity, and requirements with relevant teams. • Provide guidance and training on sourcing and quotation tool usage to business units. • Coordinate all tooling needs related to Telco Sourcing with Digital Technology and other relevant teams. • Maintains continuous improvement of sourcing content accuracy to reduce quotation bottlenecks and support faster deal closure. • Enables real-time, automated pricing that boosts competitiveness across regions. • Provides operational support and troubleshooting for Telco sourcing tools to ensure reliable daily usage. • Role requires adaptability and proficiency in cross-team engagement to navigate evolving business and technological landscapes. • Promotes knowledge sharing and process standardization to support Orange’s strategic digital transformation agenda.

About you

You possess strong skills in requirements management and user story writing, demonstrating proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. You have advanced experience using Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise includes a solid understanding of telco access technologies and wholesale products, alongside familiarity with CPQ or similar quotation automation tools. Your communication skills enable you to engage effectively with diverse audiences, complemented by a strong sense of accountability and the ability to collaborate and influence without formal authority.Your professional skills:• Demonstrate proficiency in managing requirements and writing user stories within Agile/Scrum frameworks.• Utilize Jira extensively for backlog management, issue tracking, sprint planning, and reporting to enhance project transparency.• Apply Confluence effectively for documentation, requirements elaboration, knowledge sharing, and aligning stakeholders.• Show solid knowledge of telco access technologies and wholesale products including L2/L3 Ethernet, IP Access, MPLS, and DIA.• Handle maintenance and functionality of sourcing requirements within CPQ or similar quotation/pricing automation platforms.Your soft skills:• Communicate clearly and effectively in writing, verbally, and through presentations, engaging diverse and multi-level audiences.• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring successful completion of deliverables.• Collaborate across functions with the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.• Maintain a results-oriented approach with consistent follow-through in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.• Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and telco domains with effective learning agility.
