Shift/Schedule:  Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:00PM  
Pay:  $18.00/hour

Position Overview
The Hot Top Dispenser Assembler is responsible for assembling Hot Top 2 dispensers, components, and supporting various assembly projects while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Assemble Hot Top 2 dispensers and components using power tools according to product specifications 
  • Meet daily production goals set by the Assembly Manager 
  • Test units and parts during assembly to ensure quality and functionality standards are met 
  • Complete required daily documentation for testing and production 
  • Assist with assembly of parts, fasteners, and sub-assemblies for shipments 
  • Identify and report faulty parts or inconsistencies in materials or equipment 
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low 
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 
  • Follow all safety, regulatory, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards 
  • Support quality and food safety requirements, including GFSI standards 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment 
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills 
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining a clean workspace
