What You'll Do

• Design and develop AI-powered applications for marketing use cases such as content generation, knowledge retrieval, campaign optimization, and business insights.
• Build intelligent solutions using technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt orchestration, AI evaluation frameworks, and governance controls.
• Integrate AI capabilities with marketing platforms, CRM systems, web applications, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, software developers, and marketing teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, version control, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Support application modernization and rationalization initiatives by consolidating capabilities into reusable AI services.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration designs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to data privacy, security, compliance, and AI governance standards.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.

Preferred Degree Backgrounds

We welcome applications from students pursuing or recently completing a

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Business Information Systems
• Electrical Engineering
• Mathematics or Data Science
• Other related STEM disciplines
