Distribution Specialist

About the Role:

The Distribution Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational execution and day-to-day management of strategic distribution partners across North America. This role serves as the operational backbone of the distribution business by ensuring program compliance, process excellence, accurate reporting, distributor enablement, and SLA adherence. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of channel, distribution, sales operations, or partner operations experience within a technology vendor environment and thrives in a highly cross-functional role supporting sales, channel, operations, and finance teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

Distribution Operations & Program Execution

• Manage day-to-day operational engagement with distribution partners.
• Ensure compliance with channel programs, policies, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate resolution of quotes, orders, pricing updates, renewals, reporting, and other operational issues.
• Support execution of channel programs, promotions, rebates, MDF, and new partner initiatives.

Performance Management & Analytics

• Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
• Analyze key performance indicators, pipeline activity, bookings trends, and program participation.
• Monitor SLA performance, operational metrics, and compliance to identify areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Enablement

• Collaborate with Channel Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Partner Programs teams.
• Act as a liaison between distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution and business execution.
• Support forecasting, business planning, operational reviews, and partner enablement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of channel operations, distribution, partner operations, or sales operations experience in the technology industry.
• Experience working with Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, or similar distribution partners.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support critical business cycles, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.

The annual base pay for this position is: $65,400.00 - $98,200.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
