Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Cypress, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a residential community. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Bring integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a caring approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations through established procedures.
• Maintain a visible professional presence and complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
