Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Import Team Leader to join our unique Trade team that manages Imports and Exports from and to all over the world.

Our Group:

Trade Team: We Import from all over the world, Suppliers (Using Air and Sea), Customers, Applied other sites. We Export to Customers, Suppliers, Applied Sites and AGS WHs. Team is responsible for Import and Export Regulation, Licenses, Permits, PPW data integrity, Costs, LT and quality.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing all Imports from suppliers, using Air and Sea channels.
• Work closely with PATs, Vendor Schedules, Logistics.
• Provide solutions for Urgent deliveries to production floor (Logistics Provider/Transit Time /Cost).
• Manage the Freight & Duty Budget.
• Initiate Cost Reduction Projects.
• Establish new communication/information infrastructures to update Ship status.
• Read the market (Obstacles, Air Lines, BCP, Nature Disasters, Else) and provide a clear picture with solutions.

What you should have?

• High interpersonal skills and relations, team player.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Independency, Assertiveness, Proactiveness.
• Like to change and improve.
• Well familiar with the market/solutions/capabilities.
• Problems solver and knows how to connect and bridge gaps.
