Bringing Dignity and Care to Every Patient Journey
As the Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS), you’ll be responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The DCS establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for hospice clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical managers and staff.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention efforts.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.
- Partner with agency leadership on budgeting, staffing, and strategic growth.
- Support exceptional patient and family care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- Active Arizona RN license.
- BSN required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
- 1+ years of hospice leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
