The Position
As a Health Data Strategy Operations Intern, you will join a collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to advancing clinical operations and data initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience, direct exposure to healthcare professionals, and contribute to impactful projects in a supportive environment.
The Opportunity:
Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Health Data Strategy Team across clinical operations, payments, and contracting.
Maintain and update clinical trial management tracking systems and databases to ensure high data accuracy and timeliness.
Request, collect, and organize essential clinical research documents from study start-up to closure.
Facilitate the publication review process and support ongoing project timelines and budgets.
Serve as a reliable internal contact for operational queries while managing team tools like Google Sites and shared drives.
Who You Are:
You are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biotechnology Commercialization and Discovery, or a closely related field.
You bring strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflows, and meet deadlines.
You are comfortable using digital tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and web-based systems.
You have a foundational understanding of clinical research principles and an eagerness to learn clinical operations.
You communicate clearly in fluent English (French skills are an asset) and possess a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Additional Information:
Term & Location: 12-month full-time internship starting January 2027 in Mississauga, ON (Hybrid model: minimum 3 days in office)
