Description
The Operations Support Coordinator is a hybrid role on PRM’s corporate team. This position focuses on the management and troubleshooting of internal software systems and technology used across the organization while also providing day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both people and systems in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Technology Support
- Assist with managing and maintaining internal software platforms
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for common system and software issues
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or internal IT resources as needed
- Help document processes, system workflows, and user guides
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate uniform ordering, distribution, and inventory for onsite staff
- Assist with office coordination, vendor communication, and general facilities support
- Provide administrative support to corporate team members as needed
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Employee Onboarding & Support
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including system access setup, documentation, and orientation coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for basic employee questions related to systems, processes, and tools
- Support offboarding tasks such as access removal and equipment return tracking
General Support
- Support corporate initiatives, projects, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and system-related workflows
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role
- Experience supporting software systems or providing basic technical support is preferred
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for occasional travel to properties.
- Experience in property management, real estate, or a multi-location organization is a plus

Work Environment
This role is based on the corporate team and may require interaction with onsite property staff, vendors, and corporate leadership. Occasional travel to properties may be required.
