Job Title: PRN Private Duty Nurse (LVN)

Job Type: FT, PRN (8 hour shifts) Monday-Sunday
Aspen Private Duty Nursing is seeking an experienced and compassionate LVN to provide 1:1 care for a trach, vent, peg, wound patient in the home setting in Fort Worth, Texas.

Position Details
- Employment Type: FT, PRN
- Shift: 8 hour shifts, Monday-Sunday
- Setting: Private residence
- Patient Population: Trach, Vent, Peg (1:1 care)
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a 1:1 home setting
- Monitor patient condition and manage related symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform ongoing assessments and document accurately
- Communicate effectively with physicians, care team, and family
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Texas LVN license
- Experience with oncology patients
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
