POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an accomplished Executive Chef for a task force assignment at a prestigious luxury boutique hotel property in Chatham, Massachusetts. This is a short-term engagement of 4 weeks to 2 months, with an immediate start. The right candidate will be a seasoned culinary leader who can step in confidently, maintain the property's exceptional culinary standards, and provide steady, experienced leadership in the kitchen from day one. U.S. citizenship is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume full leadership of all kitchen operations for the duration of the task force assignment
- Maintain and uphold the culinary standards, menu execution, and quality expectations of a luxury boutique hotel property
- Lead, motivate, and support the existing kitchen brigade, ensuring continuity and consistency throughout the engagement
- Oversee all food preparation, production, and plating across all dining outlets and meal periods
- Manage food costs, kitchen administration, and supplier relationships during the assignment
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership and property management to ensure seamless dining operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury boutique hotel or fine dining environment
- Demonstrated ability to step into a task force or interim role and lead effectively from day one
- Strong culinary technique with a deep understanding of fine dining standards and luxury guest expectations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to integrate quickly into an existing team
- Solid knowledge of food cost management, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Availability for an immediate start for a period of 4 weeks to 2 months
