Role summary:The (USA) Director, People leads the development and execution of human resources strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective organizational change management and compliance with applicable laws and policies. This role directs HR practices, data analysis, and talent management initiatives to support workforce capability and engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the Director provides guidance on HR matters, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of integrity and accountability. The position emphasizes strategic planning, operational excellence, and the advancement of business goals through effective people management and development.

Their focus includes organizational change management, talent management, and regulatory compliance, enabling teams to meet business objectives effectively while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives.
- Advise business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent execution of HR practices and compliance with regulations.
- Lead audits, investigations, and training programs to maintain HR process integrity and address noncompliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze HR and business data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive talent management efforts including recruitment, development, mentorship, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values and standards.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong experience in leading organizational change management initiatives and advising business leaders on HR implications.
- Demonstrated ability to direct HR compliance, audit practices, and implement corrective action plans.
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR decisions, including managing reports and collaborating cross-functionally.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations with a focus on compliance.
- Skilled in talent management, including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability building.
- Exceptional leadership in fostering ethical standards, integrity, and a positive associate experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
