As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment with project goals, and managing the overall delivery process. The position demands proactive problem-solving and decision-making to maintain project momentum and quality, ensuring that applications meet the required specifications and standards. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day to facilitate smooth project execution and successful outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in application design and implementation.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
