Together, HCE and Kennedy & Company now serve more than 300 colleges and universities nationwide, offering integrated strategic enablement services that span research, enrollment management, financial analysis, institutional strategy, and technology implementation.
We are seeking an Enrollment Coach (EC) who will empower students to identify and achieve their educational, personal, and professional goals. The EC will focus on building relationships with prospective students, providing programmatic and institutional information, and communicating unique value propositions. The EC will utilize a consultative, solution-based approach to guide students through the admissions process – working with students from point of inquiry through enrollment. Enthusiasm, a consultative, solution-based sales approach, and passion for education are required - we can teach you the rest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outreach to engage prospective students through phone, email, and text to facilitate application and enrollment in a university program
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, supporting from initial inquiry through receipt of an admissions decision
- Manage full applicant funnel, meeting key benchmarks, metrics, and KPIs
- Meet regularly with the Enrollment Services Manager to monitor individual applicant status and overall pipeline progress
- Identify and communicate programmatic trends, applicant feedback, and enrollment insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Passion for education and helping people achieve their goals
- Customer service or sales background
- Strong relationship building skills over phone, text and email
- Exhibit strong positive attitude and ability to foster teamwork
- Ability to research and reinforce higher education norms and institutional policies
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
