Job Summary:
Acts as a trusted extension of the Executive Office by ensuring the Principal’s security, punctuality, and privacy through expert executive protection, discreet transportation, and the careful management of highly confidential matters. Exercises exceptional judgment and discretion while supporting seamless executive operations and sustaining the highest standards of confidentiality.This position has regular access to confidential, proprietary, and personal information. The selected individual must sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and adhere to strict confidentiality standards during and after their employment.
Job Description:
Ensures comprehensive executive safety by proactively managing safety and risk, assessing routes and environments, coordinating with security personnel and authorities, and maintaining readiness for effective emergency response.
Monitors the Principal’s wellbeing, privacy, and day‑to‑day safety by maintaining vigilant situational awareness and upholding strict confidentiality during all movements and appearances.
Maintains secure, punctual, and discreet transportation by keeping the vehicle in excellent condition, planning optimized routes, and ensuring all documentation and driving practices remain accurate and compliant.
Executes special and confidential assignments for the Principal or Executive Assistant with precision, safeguarding sensitive information and exercising sound independent judgment when rapid decisions are required.
Supports Executive Assistant–delegated operational priorities by coordinating effectively with vendors, drivers, and security personnel, and ensuring timely communication of updates, changes, and incidents.
Optimizes executive logistics by functioning as a reliable, discreet extension of the Executive Assistant, adapting fluidly to shifting demands, and maintaining seamless support for daily CEO operations.
Supports daily operational continuity by aligning logistics with the Principal’s evolving priorities, providing support to family members or guests as needed, and reinforcing best practices through guidance to designated support partners.
Ensures strict compliance with organizational policies, safety and privacy requirements, and transportation regulations to uphold secure and lawful operational standards.
Supports emergency preparedness and operational continuity by participating in required safety drills and assisting in response actions during weather-related or critical incidents.
Executes supplementary duties as assigned to uphold the role’s flexible and trusted nature, ensuring responsive support during evolving operational demands.

Additional Job Description:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Security or related field from an accredited institution.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Executive Security, Personal Protection, Executive Driving, or confidential support functions, ideally assisting Senior Executives or Public Figures.
Preferred:
Prior experience in Executive Protection, Law Enforcement, Military Service, or Corporate Security.
Experience coordinating with the Executive Assistant to a CEO or an Executive Office.
Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:
Associate’s degree in Administration, Security or related field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 5 years of experience performing a previous Executive Assistant role.
High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of experience performing similar functions described and at least 8 years of experience performing a previous Executive Assistant role.

Licenses/Certifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Defensive driving or executive protection training is strongly valued.
Current First Aid/CPR certification.
