En Natura creemos en la fuerza de las relaciones y en la belleza viva, libre de estereotipos. Estamos buscando un(a) Vendedor(a) Part Time para nuestra tienda en Real Plaza Salaverry que desee transformar cada interacción en una experiencia memorable.
Tu propósito en este rol (Funciones):
Atención y asesoramiento al cliente efectivo para garantizar una experiencia de compra satisfactoria.
Operatividad en tienda (abrir y cerrar caja registradora, limpieza, apertura y cierre de tienda, resposición de stock, recepción de mercadería).
Establecer y mantener una conexión sólida entre el cliente y la empresa.
Identificar y atraer a nuevos compradores.
Conocer a la competencia y lanzamientos del mercado.
Lo que buscamos en ti (Requisitos):
Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en atención al cliente y ventas.
Experiencia previa en el rubro de belleza, retail o consumo masivo.
Deseable conocimiento o pasión por la cosmetología, maquillaje y perfumería.
Estudios técnicos o universitarios en curso (deseable).
Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel usuario.
Actitud empática, orientación al servicio y gusto por el trabajo en equipo.
