This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Captain of Hospitality: You’re at the heart of the guest experience—ensuring everyone feels welcomed from lounge to banquet. With your upbeat energy, you coach and train your team so every shift runs smoothly.
- Operations & Compliance Guru: You keep everything sharp, upholding standards for grooming, safety, and certifications—Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid, and more.
- Admin Ace: Behind the scenes, you handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity with ease.
- Quality & Promotions Pro: You ensure food looks and tastes excellent, create fun promotions, and oversee inventory and beverage purchasing.
- Communication & Problem-Solving Hero: You keep everyone informed and address guest requests or concerns quickly, always ensuring satisfaction.
- General Go-Getter: You analyze reports, attend meetings, and jump in wherever needed, bringing versatility and positivity to the team.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
