Services Supply Chain (SSC) is the “engine” to deliver Spare Parts, Repair and Refurbishment solutions, globally for HP Customers In-Warranty, Lifecycle Services, Managed Services (Contractual) and RPB (Replacement Parts Business).

The BMS lead is a high impact, high visibility position accountable to drive and improve overall Delivery Performance Management Systems in our own organization, across SSC SCOR Functions (Planning, Make, Logistics, Procurement) and interlock with business (CS – Customer Support) stakeholders.

Key Deliverables:

• Drives and Improves overall Delivery Operations SSC Business Management System to secure Delivery Performance Goals Globally and drive Executive Alignment.

• Partner with Delivery Operations Managers (peers) performance deviations recovery plans.

• Partner with broader SSC SCOR Functions at M2/Dir level to lead global disruptions plans and long-term preventive improvements opportunities.

• Partner with broader CS functions for E2E Reviews and Improvement Plans.

• Manage and Leads Global Operational Disruptions and Executive Escalations.

• Owns Global Program to elevate Overall SSC BMS from actual governance to Global Excellence, including Processes (global alignment/simplification), Tools (Command Center) and People (Knowledge / skills development plans).

• Leads Executive L2/L1 level Reviews Readiness (VP / SVP): Weekly Operational Package, SSC L1 MOR readiness, CS L2 MOR, CS L2 QBRs, Global Executive Escalations and Recovery Plans.

 Education and professional experience required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent

• Typically, 10- 15-years’ experience.

• MBA, PMP/PMI, L6S will be a plus.

• Solid experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery Businesses.
