We're looking for a Technical and Training Coordinator to support our Technical and Training team. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Technical and Training Specialist team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and team events
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action item follow-ups
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and procurement requests
- Support departmental reporting and maintain training-related databases and records
- Coordinate the scheduling, planning, and logistics of training programs, workshops, webinars, and certification events
- Manage training registrations, attendance tracking, and completion records
- Prepare and distribute training materials, course evaluations, and communications
- Coordinate training venues, equipment, technology needs, and catering when applicable
- Serve as a point of contact for training participants before, during, and after events
- Maintain training schedules, course catalogs, and learning management system (LMS) records
- Organize and update technical documentation, training materials, standard operating procedures, and reference guides
- Support project coordination for the Technical and Training Specialist team, tracking milestones, action items, and deadlines
- Compile training metrics, participation data, and program effectiveness reports
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new employees
What You'll Need
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, training coordination, project coordination, or support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
