We have an immediate opening for a Production team member.
1st shift Monday through Friday
Pay rate $21
5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Maintain laminator conveyor parameters as product completes roll adhesion process.
- Ensure product quality and adjust timing as needed by production demand.
- Log labor and material used in the production of product.
- Use assisted lifting techniques (winches or clasps) to load/unload product.
- Roll, box, stack and label finished product.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in designated work areas.
- React positively to change and
- Able to work overtime as necessary.
Qualifications
- Three (3) months manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform assisted lifts and/or lift 35 to 45 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
- This position requires good attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Reliable attendance is a must.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
