  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, orientation, performance processes, employee transitions, and separations.
  • Advise managers on HR policies, employment practices, employee concerns, and compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.
  • Create and maintain job postings, recruitment materials, and candidate communications while ensuring an equitable and positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, community outreach efforts, and recruiting partnerships to build talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
  • Support compensation, benefits, training, and HR programs while partnering with Centers of Excellence to implement site initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to support business decisions and recommend actions that improve retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Occasionally participate in special projects, site events, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams that support site objectives.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

  • Experience supporting high-volume direct labor recruiting.
  • Experience partnering with production leaders in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
